Absence Reporting Guidelines
- Parents and guardians must contact the Dean's Secretary before 10:00 a.m. on the day of the absence to ensure accurate record-keeping and classroom make-up arrangements.
- A message may be left at any time in each dean or program coordinator's office to facilitate absence reports.
- After 10:00 a.m., the absence is recorded as unexcused.
- Parents and guardians who miss the 10:00 a.m. deadline may clear the unexcused absence up to three days later by note, email, or phone message.
- After three school days, an absence will not be excused.
