Requesting a New or Existing Club
- Determine whether a similar club already exists. Consider joining or collaborating with an existing club.
- Find students who are interested in participating. Clubs must provide a list of at least three student members to become an official club.
- Plan the details of your club, including meeting schedule, location, and faculty advisor.
- Complete the club request form.
- Complete the anti-hazing form.

Massachusetts Anti-Hazing Policies
At the beginning of each school year, clubs are required to distribute, discuss, and sign an anti-hazing form.
Advisors should complete and return the Student Group Anti-Hazing Form (opens in new tab) .
