Our Program

Brookline High School offers Freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity soccer teams for both boys and girls. Tryouts begin on the second Monday before Labor Day.

Freshman teams typically practice or compete five days per week. Junior Varsity and Varsity teams typically practice or compete six days per week, including Sundays.

Varsity and Junior Varsity teams generally play an 18-game schedule that includes Bay State Conference competition as well as non-league opponents. Freshman teams compete in a schedule of league games throughout the season.

Brookline High School's Varsity soccer programs are highly competitive and strive to compete for league and state championships each year. At the Junior Varsity and Freshman levels, coaches emphasize player development, skill building, teamwork, and sportsmanship while preparing student-athletes for future success within the program.

Students in grade 9 may be placed on Varsity, Junior Varsity, or Freshman teams based on their skill level, experience, and performance during tryouts.
