Social Studies Course Information

Required for Graduation

Students are required to complete 3 sequential years of Social Studies to graduate. Students may begin taking electives in 10th grade. *Students typically take these courses sequentially from 9th-11th grade.  It is recommended, but not required.

9th: World History I: Identity, Status and Power (WHISP)

10th: World History II: The Modern World

11th: United States History
